Preheat oven to 375◦F. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan
Whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Stir in the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, 3 cups of the berries, and the peaches.
Pour into the prepared baking pan.
Top with the remaining ½ cupberries.
Bake 50 minutes,or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
