Orange and Fig Vinaigrette

Last summer, I bought some orange flavored olive oil and a fig balsamic vinegar at our local farmers market. The vendor was experimenting with a new recipe for a salad dressing and he asked me if I would taste test this. I was pleasantly surprised! This goes great on any kind of a baby mixed green salad. I also use it as a marinade for grilled chicken.

Orange and Fig Vinaigrette

a slightly sweet and tangy salad dressing which works well as a marinade for grilled chicken.
